Be flat or not to be flat

A darkophone electrified and electrifying, a unable movements puppet , an eccentric gibbering. Result: a bet, make a mix of music past, present and especially future, the antics grammelot and even puppetry. It is difficult to define it, the goal is a fine vinaigrette of onyrics  delicacies.
